There are many fictionPolar Animals books for Preschool & PreK, books with loveable characters and fun storylines available! I love to act out ‘The Mitten’ with my classes. We use a table with a white blanket over it for our ‘Mitten’, and take turns being different animals, and the audience. They want to do it again and again!
To me, this is a must-read book for this unit. Even though all these animals are not Polar Animals…this wintry favorite is loved by all my kiddos! No list of Polar animals books for Preschool and PreK would be complete without this beautifully illustrated story.
